Preheat oven to 425˚F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool completely.
Meanwhile, toss together broccoli, oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly charred and tender.
In large bowl, toss pasta with dressing. Add broccoli, blueberries, green onions, feta and sunflower seeds, tossing until well coated.
