SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Orders take five to eight business days to process before being shipped. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from shipping. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps:
- The time order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours.
- The actual processing time of the order.
- UPS Ground Delivery time varies depending on the distance.
Our office staff and Fulfillment Department are open Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you with any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.
Pending Order Cancellation Terms: If we haven’t yet purchased the shipping for your order, we can cancel your order and provide a refund upon request.
Orders are normally shipped within 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt. Actual UPS/USPS delivery time varies depending on the distance.

If you live in an apartment, condo, or multi-unit building, UPS requires your apartment or unit number and/or building number when entering your shipping information. We currently only ship to destinations within the continental U.S.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery of your package (more than 30 days after your package was shipped), we will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Walden Farms Fulfillment does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
All credit card transactions/online orders are secured via signature algorithm = SHA256 + RSA (excellent), which is the most advanced and secure method of processing electronic orders over the internet.
At Walden Farms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 833-592-5336 ext. 1 or 2 and provide your order number, reason for the refund, and a Request for Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will only be granted for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the postage cost for returning the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
