SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Orders take five business days to process before being shipped. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from the shipping. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps:

  1. Time an order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours.
  2. The actual processing time of the order.
  3. UPS Ground Delivery time varies depending on distance.

Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST to assist you with any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.

Orders are normally shipped within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt. Actual UPS Ground Delivery time varies depending on distance. Faster delivery is available for an additional fee, please call Toll Free at 1-800-229-1706, ext. 0.

If you live in an apartment, condo or multi-unit building, UPS requires your apartment or unit number and/or building number when entering your shipping information.

For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO locations, shipping charges are based on the weight of the package. Packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please note that you may be contacted regarding additional shipping charges.

All credit card transactions/online orders are secured via signature algorithm = SHA256 + RSA (excellent), which is the most advanced and secure method of processing electronic orders over the internet.
